Help is Available for Lawyers with Addiction Issues
Lawyers have a tough job to do, and some try to alleviate the stress with mood-altering activities. Done to excess or illegally, that can make their situation much worse, as demonstrated by the criminal cases of at least two attorneys in the news this past week concerning their alleged activities. But help is available to lawyers who may have issues with excessive drinking, drug use and other addictions, such as gambling.
