Investigator Claims Jealousy Motivated Supervising PD to Sexually Harass Him

A former investigator for the federal public defender in Texas claims a supervising lawyer couldn’t let their relationship go after he broke off their romance—and his complaints about her continued sexual harassment cost him his job. The investigator, Cesar Ehrenzweig, claims the lawyer, Marissa Perez-Garcia, became furious after he ended their three-year relationship in 2006 and began seeing another woman, the National Law Journal reports.
