About me: I have “original information” about a national company that is consistently shorting consumers. This is in clear violation of the Deceptive Trade Practice Act. About you: A licensed attorney willing to take on a major corporation in numerous opt-out cases. I say opt-out because this is a class action matter, but the consumers I know would desire to opt-out of class action suits due to this jurisdiction’s recovery provisions for violation of the statute (costs, attorney fees and a minimum damage claim provision are all mandatory within the statutory framework).
