Bankruptcy Para Needed (Westminster)
High volume law firm is taking applications for a full-time bankruptcy paralegal. Extensive knowledge of EZ file and its application in Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 bankruptcies is required. Candidate MUST have experience handling all aspects of case management, including drafting of plans and means test analysis, post-petition issues, due diligence, case management and Outlook proficiency is a must. A strong organizational ability, time management, adaptable to change and good communication skills are necessary in this role. The candidate must possess a pleasant and helpful demeanor with clients, as well as a willingness to be hands-on and heavily involved in case administration pre and post petition. Only candidates with extensive Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 experience will be considered. This is NOT a data entry position, candidate MUST understand bankruptcy law, exemptions and the proper due diligence associated with bankruptcy.
