Family Law Paralegal (Bankers Hill)
Solo family law attorney with growing practice in search of part-time, certified paralegal. This position is part-time, approximately 15-20 hours per week to start, and may become full-time in the future. If you need full-time hours and/or benefits immediately, please do not apply. Schedule is somewhat flexible.

This position will entail answering phones; daily client contact; preparation of discovery, pleadings, correspondence, and Judicial Council forms; assistance with billing and accounts receivable, filing, etc.

Experience working in a family law practice
<br>
Experience with family law software, such as DissoMaster and CalCourtForms
<br>
Experience with Westlaw Next
<br>
Working knowledge of Mac-based software, including Pages, iMail, and iCal
<br>
Spanish language proficiency
<br>
