Corporate Paralegal (San Diego)

Large International Law Firm with offices in San Diego is seeking a corporate paralegal to join an established team. Experience in corporate, LLC and partnership formation, dissolution, mergers and corporate maintenance required. Position also requires assisting corporate/securities team and its clients. Required: 4 year degree, Paralegal Certificate from ABA approved program and minimum 5 years experience in major law firm and/or legal department. Salary DOE, plus benefits
