Seeking Experienced Litigation Paralegal (Irvine )

Marlin & Saltzman, LLP, a busy civil litigation firm in Irvine, is seeking an experienced LITIGATION PARALEGAL. Our firm offers a collegial atmosphere and the position provides competitive salary and excellent benefits. -Current and active Paralegal Certification from an ABA accredited program

-Minimum 4 years of experience as a litigation paralegal

-Experience drafting Motions and Oppositions

-Experience performing legal research (LEXIS, Westlaw) and factual research

-Experience performing document and deposition reviews and summarizng depositions

-Ability to work with multiple attorneys and on multiple projects at one time

-Experience with class action litigation and/or other complex litigation is a PLUS

-No law students, JDs or practicing attorneys will be considered for this position
