Attorney seeks paralegal familiar with foreclosure and mortgage litigation.

Candidate should be familiar with federal and state court civil procedure, strong in discovery and law and motions. Experience in forensic audit, debt verification, and other administrative proceedings is a plus. Ideal candidate should have both strong people and case management skills and work well in a multi-task environment. Other consumer debt experience or property management is a plus. Bilingual is a plus. 1-2 years experience.
