Bankruptcy Paralegal (Newport Beach)

Paralegal for busy bankruptcy department of small law firm. Must be knowledgeable concerning Chapters 7 and 13 law, procedures and document preparation, Local Bankruptcy Rules, Bankruptcy Court Manual and e-filing. Experience with Abacus or other case management software, Best Case document prep software, Legal Solutions, TimeSlips, and knowledge of state court procedures a plus.
