Paralegal needing representation/counsel (Tehachapi)

I’m a paralegal with a simple Family Law matter that I need representation for. Notice of Motion for modified child support in Lancaster at 8:30am, Dept. A-13 on Monday March 7th. I am the Respondent in this particular action. I do all my own paperwork, file maintenance and legwork but prefer that an attorney speak for me in court. I’d offer my case number but the matter is paternity. The matter has been continued twice, all financials and pleadings are in order – very straight forward. All you have to do is show up which my current counsel failed to do at the last hearing. Job pays $500.00 up front (cash, money order or cashier’s check – your choice) and $175.00 per hour thereafter. $175.00 is billable and rate includes mileage/travel costs.
